Aurivo Co-Op is owned by its 10,000 shareholder members and is run by a strong Executive Team, led by our CEO Donal Tierney, and a committed and experienced Board of Directors.<\/h2>\n

Our Board is committed to maintaining the high standards of corporate governance and has an established committee structure. All members sit on at least one of the eight sub committees on: Audit, Agribusiness, Consumer Foods, Marts, Dairy Ingredients, Rules\/Membership and Remuneration. The Chair and Vice Chair sit on all eight.<\/p>\n

Donal Tierney was appointed CEO of Aurivo in 2020. Part of the management team since 2011, Donal previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants, Donal had been Chief Financial Officer of Aurivo for the previous eight years.\u00a0 In his CFO role he was responsible for corporate financial reporting, audit, treasury, tax and internal controls. Prior to joining Aurivo, Donal was Finance Director with Origin Enterprises Food Division.\u00a0Donal qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and also completed the Executive Development Programme in the UCD Smurfit Business School.<\/p>\n

A native of Co. Sligo, Eithne joined the Aurivo finance team in 2005 and most recently worked as Group Financial Controller.\u00a0 Eithne has a wealth of experience in business, finance and strategy to bring to the leadership team at Aurivo. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Prior to joining Aurivo, Eithne qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, and held key finance roles within Grafton Group plc. Eithne holds a Bachelor of Commerce from National University of Ireland Galway and Masters in Accounting from University College Dublin.<\/p>\n

\nA native of Partry, Co. Mayo, Tom\u00e1s joined Aurivo in 2014 as in-house Legal Counsel and took up the role of Company Secretary in 2017. He brings a wealth of legal experience to the co-op having previously worked in-house for a major telecommunications company and in private practice.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tom\u00e1s is a NUI Galway graduate and a qualified Solicitor from the Law Society of Ireland. He holds a Diploma in Corporate Direction from University College Cork and completed the Executive Development Programme at UCD Smurfit Business School.<\/p>\n

Stephen Blewitt joined Aurivo in 2006 as Store Development Manager in the Agribusiness Unit before working in various roles in Agribusiness and Dairy. Stephen was promoted to the role of\u00a0General Manager of Agribusiness in 2016 and moved to his current role of General Manager of Dairy in 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He holds third level qualifications in Agriculture, Business, and Finance. Prior to joining Aurivo, Stephen \u2014\u202fwho is from Ballina, Co Mayo \u2014worked with Tesco, Kavanagh\u2019s SuperValu group and internationally with Aldi in various sales, marketing and operational roles. Stephen completed the Executive Development Programme at UCD Smurfit Business School.<\/p>\n

Stephen Hannon joined Aurivo in 2006 as manager of Mohill Livestock Mart, taking on an additional role of manager of Ballymote Livestock Mart in August 2013. Stephen became General Manger of Aurivo Marts in December 2020 as well as manager of Balla Livestock Mart, following the retirement of Martin Walsh.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before joining Aurivo, Stephen was a procurement officer with Dawn Meats and has extensive experience in the cattle business. Stephen completed the Executive Development programme at UDC Smurfit Business school and is a native of Culfadda in Co. Sligo.<\/p>\n

A native of Boyle, Co. Roscommon, Sheila joined Aurivo in 1998 as Quality Control Technician in Aurivo Consumer Foods. \u00a0Since then, Sheila has worked in various roles across a number of departments in Aurivo Agribusiness, including quality, logistics, operations and procurement. \u00a0Bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience Sheila moved to Commercial Manager of Agribusiness in 2016 and was promoted to General Manager of Agribusiness in 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Biology from Carlow IT and a Diploma in Management from the University of Limerick. Sheila also studied Accountancy with Griffith College Dublin and completed a Professional Diploma in Management Excellence at UCD Smurfit Business School.<\/p>\n

A native of Co. Mayo, Marilyn joined Aurivo in 2019 as Group Head of Human Resources, with responsibility for our overall human resources strategy encompassing long term strategic planning, employee engagement and talent acquisition and development.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Marilyn brings with her a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience from a wide range of industries including mobile telecoms, professional services, FMCG and medical devices.\u00a0 She has held various HR management positions with companies such as Three and Grant Thornton, including European Director roles with Phillips Medisize, a Molex company and Kellogg\u2019s.<\/p>\n

Marilyn holds a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business from Dublin Business School, a Masters in Human Resource Strategy from Dublin City University, a Diploma in Journalism and a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland.<\/p>\n

A native of Paris in France, Etienne joined Aurivo in 2005 as Operations Manager in Consumer Foods. Since 2011, Etienne has been responsible for projects on transport, sustainability and risk management across the Co-Op as well as having overall responsibility for Aurivo\u2019s Health and Safety Strategy. Before joining Aurivo, Etienne was a Production and Logistics Manager with Kerry Group in the UK, Ireland and France. Etienne studied Agriculture and Food Science in SupAgro, Montpellier (France). <\/strong><\/p>\n

He has also completed an MBA with the Open University and holds a Diploma in Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management.<\/p>\n

Thomas Rutter was appointed Managing Director of My Goodness Limited in April 2022.\u00a0 Part of the management team since 2019, Thomas previously held the position of Commercial Director based in Central London.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before joining My Goodness Limited, Thomas worked within the branded FMCG market for over 20 years specialising in senior Commercial & Category leadership positions.\u00a0 Thomas has worked for over 15 years in the UK dairy industry working for companies like Dairy Crest and Lactalis Nestle on consumer led market leading brands.<\/p>\n

A business graduate, Thomas graduated from the Liverpool Business School and holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management.<\/p>\n

Donal Tierney was appointed CEO of Aurivo in 2020. Part of the management team since 2011, Donal previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants, Donal had been Chief Financial Officer of Aurivo for the previous eight years.\u00a0 In his CFO role he was responsible for corporate financial reporting, audit, treasury, tax and internal controls. Prior to joining Aurivo, Donal was Finance Director with Origin Enterprises Food Division.\u00a0Donal qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and also completed the Executive Development Programme in the UCD Smurfit Business School.<\/p>\n

\nA native of Partry, Co. Mayo, Tom\u00e1s joined Aurivo in 2014 as in-house Legal Counsel and took up the role of Company Secretary in 2017. He brings a wealth of legal experience to the co-op having previously worked in-house for a major telecommunications company and in private practice.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tom\u00e1s is a NUI Galway graduate and a qualified Solicitor from the Law Society of Ireland. He holds a Diploma in Corporate Direction from University College Cork and completed the Executive Development Programme at UCD Smurfit Business School.<\/p>\n

Stephen Blewitt joined Aurivo in 2006 as Store Development Manager in the Agribusiness Unit before working in various roles in Agribusiness and Dairy. Stephen was promoted to the role of\u00a0General Manager of Agribusiness in 2016 and moved to his current role of General Manager of Dairy in 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He holds third level qualifications in Agriculture, Business, and Finance. Prior to joining Aurivo, Stephen \u2014\u202fwho is from Ballina, Co Mayo \u2014worked with Tesco, Kavanagh\u2019s SuperValu group and internationally with Aldi in various sales, marketing and operational roles. Stephen\u00a0completed the Executive Development Programme at UCD Smurfit Business School.<\/p>\n

Stephen Hannon joined Aurivo in 2006 as manager of Mohill Livestock Mart, taking on an additional role of manager of Ballymote Livestock Mart in August 2013. Stephen became General Manger of Aurivo Marts in December 2020 as well as manager of Balla Livestock Mart, following the retirement of Martin Walsh.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before joining Aurivo, Stephen was a procurement officer with Dawn Meats and has extensive experience in the cattle business. Stephen completed the Executive Development programme at UDC Smurfit Business school and is a native of Culfadda in Co. Sligo.<\/p>\n

A native of Boyle, Co. Roscommon, Sheila joined Aurivo in 1998 as Quality Control Technician in Aurivo Consumer Foods. \u00a0Since then, Sheila has worked in various roles across a number of departments in Aurivo Agribusiness, including quality, logistics, operations and procurement. \u00a0Bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience Sheila moved to Commercial Manager of Agribusiness in 2016 and was promoted to General Manager of Agribusiness in 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Biology from Carlow IT and a Diploma in Management from the University of Limerick. Sheila also studied Accountancy with Griffith College Dublin and completed a Professional Diploma in Management Excellence at UCD Smurfit Business School.<\/p>\n

Marilyn brings with her a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience from a wide range of industries including mobile telecoms, professional services, FMCG and medical devices.\u00a0 She has held various HR management positions with companies such as Three and Grant Thornton, including European Director roles with Phillips Medisize, a Molex company and Kellogg\u2019s.<\/p>\n

Marilyn holds a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business from Dublin Business School, a Masters in Human Resource Strategy from Dublin City University, a Diploma in Journalism and a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland.<\/p>\n

A native of Paris in France, Etienne joined Aurivo in 2005 as Operations Manager in Consumer Foods. Since 2011, Etienne has been responsible for projects on transport, sustainability and risk management across the Co-Op as well as having overall responsibility for Aurivo\u2019s Health and Safety Strategy. Before joining Aurivo, Etienne was a Production and Logistics Manager with Kerry Group in the UK, Ireland and France. Etienne studied Agriculture and Food Science in SupAgro, Montpellier (France). <\/strong><\/p>\n

He has also completed an MBA with the Open University and holds a Diploma in Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management.<\/p>\n

Thomas Rutter was appointed Managing Director of My Goodness Limited in April 2022.\u00a0 Part of the management team since 2019, Thomas previously held the position of Commercial Director based in Central London.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before joining My Goodness Limited, Thomas worked within the branded FMCG market for over 20 years specialising in senior Commercial & Category leadership positions.\u00a0 Thomas has worked for over 15 years in the UK dairy industry working for companies like Dairy Crest and Lactalis Nestle on consumer led market leading brands.<\/p>\n

A business graduate, Thomas graduated from the Liverpool Business School and holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management.<\/p>\n
